  Very buggy beta, works some of the time for some activities. Doesn't share profile info with either the website or the 1.0 app (they each have a different list of trips I'm taking). Passport scan works less than 50% of the time and when it does, recognizes my US passport as being from Guatemala. Dropped digits from my phone number and characters from my email address. Requires the same info to be re-entered repeatedly. Was unable to update frequent flyer number on existing reservation.

  the worst app i ever had to deal with. During account set up it asks for location and even though i select the US, it shows flights in MXN and only allowed to pay with a mexican bank. instead of just failing to book a reservation, it places it on hold and doesn't allow to cancel. now i have to wait to get a representative to cancel so i can try with the website. for an airline that offers international travel, this is hard to imagine a developer made this abysmal rookie mistakes making this app

  Waste of time. Can't check in. "We're sorry an error occurred" when trying to select a seat. Displays different prices when trying to pay too. Can't scan passport, and when it does reads it as a different nationality. Boarding pass QR shows a different flight and seat than the boarding pass printed at the airport. I'm a Millennial but this app makes me feel like I'm elderly.

  The experience with Aeroméxico has been very pleasant. Just 1 advice, make sure you select the correct days of departure and return because changes CANNOT be made. However the seating on the plane, the snacks and the Staff on the plane, have very kind and professional. I highly recommend Aeroméxico ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had booked a non-refundable flight for 700USD. It was a pain to finally have a way to file a claim because it was a health related issue. The Whatsapp took forever to get back and the claim was left unfulfilled. Ended up taking a hit on it but left a sour note with me in regards to the company. Its premium expenses and premium prices but protections are of a budget airline. The App isn't very fun to navigate either.

  La aplicación es frustrante e inútil; registrarse y comprar un billete es un proceso de 2 horas. El seguro es carísimo y confuso. Si contratas la cobertura total, hay fallos y tienes que volver a añadir el seguro de equipaje. Y otra vez, solo se puede añadir el seguro después de comprar el billete, debido a un fallo de la aplicación. Tartamudeo, retraso, carga lenta, hay que pulsar "añadir seguro" 8 veces antes de que procese durante 60 segundos y se abra la ventana para añadir el seguro....

  Very easy to use and simple for checking in. I wish all airline apps can make it this easy for travel to Mexico and Latin America.
