Features & Highlights
Real Experience Using CVS
Application Scenarios
In my daily life, the CVS app has become an indispensable tool. Whether it’s managing my prescriptions, ordering photos for a special occasion, or needing some last-minute groceries, the app consistently comes to my rescue. Just last week, I had a gathering at my house and realized I needed some snacks and drinks. Instead of rushing to the store, I quickly opened the CVS app, browsed through the grocery section, and placed an order for same-day delivery. In less than two hours, I had everything I needed delivered to my doorstep!
User Experience
The user interface of the CVS app is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon opening the app, I am greeted with a clean layout that makes navigation a breeze. The main dashboard features easy access to all core functionalities, such as prescriptions, photo services, and grocery shopping. I’ve found that the workflow is smooth; for example, refilling a prescription takes just a few taps. The app performs well, with minimal lag time, even when I’m browsing through product listings or uploading photos for printing. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I genuinely appreciate how the app has streamlined my shopping and health management.
Pricing
The CVS app is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage. While some services, like photo printing, do require payment, the app itself does not have any hidden fees. Additionally, many of the discounts and deals offered through the app can help offset any costs, making it a budget-friendly option for users.
Updates & Support
CVS frequently updates their app, ensuring that users receive the latest features and improvements. I’ve noticed that these updates enhance performance and fix any bugs that may arise. The customer support is also commendable; they provide various options for assistance, including a detailed FAQ section and a customer service hotline. Whenever I’ve had questions, I’ve quickly found the help I needed through the app.
Security & Privacy Review
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to using any app that handles personal information. The CVS app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards. Upon registration, I was required to provide some personal data, such as my name and email, but I felt secure knowing that CVS has robust privacy policies in place to protect this information.
One aspect I appreciate about the app is its transparency regarding ads and tracking behavior. While the app does collect data to enhance user experience and provide personalized offers, I have the option to manage my privacy settings. This control gives me peace of mind that my data is being handled responsibly.
Overall, my experience with the CVS app has been overwhelmingly positive. It has simplified my daily life, making tasks like managing prescriptions and ordering groceries quicker and more efficient. With its user-friendly design, essential features, and commitment to security, I highly recommend the CVS app to anyone seeking a reliable health and shopping companion.

I love the app, it great in every way. It's convenient to send coupons to your extra care card and you can see what's on sale for the current week. I did only rate it 2 stars for the issue I always have while scrolling, it goes right back to the beginning every time I scroll through the coupons. it is so inconvenient cause you have to start from the very beginning. It had been nothing but frustrating. please fix this on going issue, it's been nothing but a problem.

I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

My app was working okay up until the other day now I cannot seem to set a store and add for pickup it's only showing shipping and delivery which is not how I like it. It's not giving me an option to pick a store. It's empty and then when I click on it it gives me the Circle that goes around and around and around. Not sure what happened within the past couple of days but this is horrible and very frustrating!

NEW ISSUES! Your app is broken and these updates aren't making it any better. I tried to add a $5 extra bucks to my card digitally, like I've always been able to, but I'm told because it printed out at the bottom of my last receipt I can't add it digitally. Why not, we've always been able to? I'm also being told I can't add other coupons because they expired but they have an expiration date past December 1st, it's November 22nd. How is it expired? Stop messing up the app already!

There are no words for the frustration of this app. Despite my phone having the fingerprint lock and selecting stay signed in, I never am. I always, ALWAYS have to sign in. And not even because it's been a few days, within 30 minutes! It shows prescriptions eligible for refill when they aren't. Thats annoying when I'm trying to make one trip and they're not all 30 days. It's said they were ready when they weren't & vice versa. Being told to use it on every possible phone menu sucks too.
