  Took a tour today and attempted to use this app. Live tracking didn't always work and, even when it looked like it was working, it wasn't accurate. A stop was wrong in comparison with the pamphlet we received on the bus. All of these issues caused us to waste a good hour and a half of our one day tour. Disappointed in the app and the tour.

  Was not very helpful. Audio via headphones play mostly music instead of a guided tour and information. Bus stop numbers shown on the app are not reflected on bus stop signs. The bus ended abruptly at the farthest point from our hotel, so we had to pick up a cab. It is listed that it ends at 5:45pm, but it ended at 5:00pm. Would not use this again.

  The interface is very awkward. After purchasing a ticket, you can't find information about the date or time of travel. When you want to find out how to get to a stop, the app doesn't help you navigate to the navigation app. Finding help is very difficult. There is a useless AI agent who doesn't know the answers to questions.

  This app is terrible. Do not book anything in advance. You pay less at the stop point. France, England, New York Paid lots of money booking in advance.

  The best feature, the one that shows details about each stop, including when the next bus should arrive, just shows a blank screen. Fix your app.
