  It appears that after a recent Android update, the app is having issues loading Secrets Resort pages, becoming caught in an endless loop of reloading the page. This doesn't happen with other resorts in the collection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem persists. With my trip a week away, I'm kind of bummed, as I use the app often, with it serving as a room key at times.

  I've heard this is a great app. Almost required when staying at a Hyatt Inclusive Resort. We are staying at Dreams Vallarta Bay next week, so this sounds perfect. Unfortunately, when I open the app all I get is a page saying Hyatt Inclusive Collection. No log in, no entry fields, no buttons, just a page with a couple images. Tried to remove and reinstall, no effect. Tried rebooting phone, no effect.

  App often fails to load at the startup screen. When it does load, you have to choose your resort every single time rather than having it remember what resort you're staying in. From there, navigating resort amenities couldn't be more confusing.

  Doesn't open on my Pixel after the latest update. We're going to a Dreams resort next week and I wanted to have the most updated version. Now I have nothing. My operating system is up to date. Huge mistake to update without reading the reviews.

  Didn't work for us at all. Couldn't get the room service we wanted because it just wouldn't send the requests; just an error message. When we call, the hotel says "use the app", well we can't. They act perturbed. Yes, the phone is updated. Why can't this be fixed?

  Dominican Republic at Secrets Cap Cana, can't download, was told by butler, and preferred club host to download in order to experience the full package, but since we're not in the US, it freezes downloading at 1% until it times out and cancels. Kinda pointless don't you think?! I was shown it on the Butler's phone and it functions properly, I asked and he said its geolocated to the resort you are staying at so the people complaining it doesn't work likely aren't at their resorts yet...
