Real Experience Using Tricefy for Patients
Application Scenarios
In my daily life, I often find myself juggling various health appointments and medical records, which can feel overwhelming. Recently, after I had a CT scan, I was eager to share the results with my new specialist. Instead of waiting for physical copies or dealing with the inefficiencies of traditional medical record transfers, I turned to Tricefy. The app allowed me to upload the scan directly from the imaging center's system, and with just a few taps, I could share it with my doctor. This made the consultation much smoother, as my doctor could view the images in real-time while discussing my treatment options.
User Experience
From the moment I downloaded Tricefy, I was impressed by its clean, user-friendly interface. Navigating through the app felt intuitive, almost as if it was designed with patients like me in mind. Uploading my medical images took only a minute or two, and finding past scans was effortless. The feature that stood out to me the most was the direct messaging option; it felt reassuring to have a secure line of communication with my doctor. Overall, my experience with the app was positive. It performed reliably, and I never encountered any glitches. After using Tricefy, I felt empowered to take charge of my health management.
Pricing
Tricefy for Patients offers a free version that includes essential features, making it accessible for everyone. For those who need extra storage or advanced features, the app provides a subscription model at a reasonable price. I found the pricing to be fair, especially considering the value it adds to managing my medical records and communication with healthcare providers.
Updates & Support
One aspect of Tricefy that I truly appreciate is their commitment to regular updates and customer support. I've noticed that the app frequently receives enhancements, improving functionality and user experience. Whenever I had questions or concerns, the support team was responsive and helpful, ensuring that my issues were resolved quickly. This level of support gives me confidence in using the app for my medical needs.
Security & Privacy Review
As an American user, security and privacy are my top priorities when it comes to medical apps. Tricefy is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of trust, knowing that it adheres to their security standards. When registering, I had to provide some personal data, but I appreciated that the app clearly outlined how my information would be used and protected, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
In terms of ads or tracking behavior, I was relieved to find that Tricefy does not bombard users with advertisements, nor does it engage in intrusive tracking practices. The focus remains squarely on providing a secure environment for managing my medical images and communications with healthcare professionals. This commitment to user privacy further enhances my confidence in using the app for my health management needs.

I love that all my photos are stored in one place. This is the first pregnancy where I have received so many ultrasounds. I love that I even have videos for memories and can share them straight from the app as well. I have had some images show up as corrupt after downloading them but with the share option I was able to share them. My main issue is that the app is constantly shutting down midview. You have to be quick when viewing them on there.

This app is stuck of my 2nd untrasound from my first pregnancy, I can't view anything else. There's absolutely no reason why my pictures are not connected to my phone number and why I cannot access any of my photos and videos. The link doesn't open the app, and I never get all the pictures the sonogram tech took. I will now ask my doctor for a physical copy of my sonograms.

It’s absolutely frustrating! I’ve tried opening the link from the clinic countless times—while it works on a web browser, it refuses to open in the app. And when I click for help, it just redirects me to the same message, offering no real solution.

It is so nice to have all of my sonogram images in one place! For anyone who can't get past the first page - after installing the app, go back to the message from your doctor's office, click the link again, and then select the option to open with the app. This is how I got my photos to load into the app! It looks like this will have right be done each time you get a new link from your doctor.

Not only do I think it's ridiculous that we weren't given physical copies of the ultrasound, but what's also ridiculous is the fact that every time I go to look at our pictures through the app, it force closes and then I have to restart the app all over again. Fix this.
