It may be an issue with my phone but the bpm readings I was getting weren't accurate at all. The concept and layout were good and I liked that the free option still allowed you to take daily readings without much difficulty. So it's a shame I wasn't able to get accurate readings.

Very informative app. It covers so many areas of your health just from measuring your heart rate, but what i dont like, is that you have to enter your own blood oxygen measurements. Would be great if this app could measure that along with your heart rate. And for the price of this app, you'd think it would or could. I like the app but the price is way to much for me.

I've used this app for a year now....it is the shittiest inaccurate app I've ever used. I take my blood pressure everyday with a reliable company who's in touch with my physician. This app has never gotten even the "bpm" close. Example: my bpm was just 64. According to this app it was 102, 127, 112, 97, 110.....it keep being off. I finally got angry. I'm fixing to go check to see if I've been paying for the app. There are other think that it declares wrongly.

This app has double charges even triple sometimes doesn't make any sense. There is no live agent for refunds if charges are inaccurate. The AI used to manage refunds leads you to a dead end.

I am writing to formally request a full refund for the amount automatically deducted from my bank account related to your service. This transaction was entirely accidental and unintentional, and I was not aware that an active subscription was still in effect.
