3.2 Features & Highlights
Real Experience Using iFIT Workouts
Application Scenarios
My journey with iFIT Workouts began when I realized that home workouts could be just as effective as hitting the gym. I typically use the app in the early mornings when I need to squeeze in a workout before my busy day begins. On weekends, I often dedicate time to explore new workouts, trying everything from Pilates to strength training. The flexibility of the app allows me to tailor my workouts to my schedule, whether I have just 20 minutes or a full hour to dedicate to fitness.
User Experience
The user interface of iFIT is intuitive and visually appealing. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted by a clean dashboard that showcases my progress, recommendations, and a variety of workout options. The workflow is seamless; browsing through categories is easy, and I can quickly find workouts that fit my mood or available time. Performance-wise, it runs smoothly without lag, which is crucial when I’m in the zone during a workout. After using it for several months, I feel a sense of accomplishment from tracking my progress and achieving personal fitness milestones, thanks to the app's user-friendly features.
Pricing
iFIT Workouts offers different pricing plans that cater to various user needs. The monthly subscription is priced competitively, and I found it to be worth every penny, especially considering the extensive library of workouts and personalized training plans it provides. They also offer a free trial period for new users, which allows you to explore the app without any financial commitment, making it easy to decide if it's the right fit for you.
Updates & Support
The iFIT team is proactive about rolling out updates that enhance the user experience. I’ve noticed regular additions to the workout library and improvements to the app's functionality. Customer support is readily available through the app and website, and they respond promptly to inquiries. This level of support gives me confidence that the app is continuously being improved and that user feedback is valued.
Security & Privacy Review
When it comes to security and privacy, iFIT Workouts takes significant measures to protect its users. The app is available on official app stores like the App Store and Google Play, ensuring a level of trustworthiness. Upon registering, I was asked to provide only essential personal information, such as my name and email address, which is fairly standard. Importantly, the app does not overwhelm users with advertisements or intrusive tracking behavior, which is a relief for someone who values privacy. Overall, I feel secure using iFIT, knowing that my personal data is handled with care.

Downloaded the App 3 years later to see if it was any better. It does have a manual workout now without a subscription. It was a nice visual display on app while working out. Still has trouble connecting to my machine and does not connect to Garmin connect without subscription i think. I got one small workout in just to try the App but could not connect 10 min later when I tried another manual workout. I was really hoping it would connect to a Garmin Connect. Will not use the App.

When I try to chat with the AI coach, the keyboard pops up and covers the area that I am typing in. I tried to submit feedback through the app, and the feedback form has the same issue. and then when I try to submit the feedback, it just gives me an error and says to try again later. It's just very frustrating when trying to talk with the coach to adjust workouts. Also, I'm supposedly synced with Garmin Connect but none of the workouts seem to actually sync to Connect.

Really liked this app last year. I used the free version to track my treadmill times and distance. This year they updated the app on the treadmills and it completely ruined the free version. The treadmills no longer tracks your times and distance for free and no longer give you a 10 minute warmup in manual mode. Im not logging into the app anymore because it's no longer worth it.

we specifically purchased the pro subscription so we can use it at home. We had a roku, and the app wasn't loading, and wasn't even showing our favorites when it did load that section. the other categories took 20+ minutes to load and only showed the workouts not the series, and isn't showing all of our completed workouts. I thought it was my TV, so I bought another tv with Google operating system, and the same problem. what's the point if you can't get to the workouts. go to pelaton!

the app used to be really good for doing my treadmill workout outside since my treadmill stopped working. now you can only do certain workouts without the machine. I have the bike which I do, but I switch up and go outside for my run/walk. I've had this app for over 5 years so I'm very disappointed this feature has changed I don't want to be limited. this has forced me to look for another app and possibly cancel this membership. for the price of membership you shouldn't limit the access
